A Gentle Reminder!

Next time you pick up your shirts from the dry cleaner you may get a little nudge from your friends at The Salvation Army.

In the next few weeks, we’ll be distributing dry cleaning bags to businesses around the Western US that carry the following message: “When you get tired of this shirt, call us.” The bags also include our toll-free phone number – 1 800 SA TRUCK – and website – www.satruck.org – where you can find a list of our stores and drop off locations. Pretty clever, huh?

Remember, every time you donate in-kind items (clothing, household goods, furniture, etc.) to The Salvation Army, we sell them in our stores to raise income that supports our 22 no-fee drug and alcohol programs for people in your community.

On behalf of the thousands of men and women who will receive drug and alcohol rehabilitation at a Salvation Army center this year, thank you for donating and for shopping!
