Submitted by on November 21, 2011 – No Comment

As if we don’t have reason enough to love our friends at jcpenney! Now, they’ve got two more ways to help us spread the joy this Christmas season.

Just announced last week, on Thanksgiving Day, jcpenney will donate $50 to The Salvation Army, up to $400,000, for every angel adopted online — giving customers a reason to check out their Black Friday specials a day early on jcp.com.

And, on Black Friday, jcpenney will donate $25 to The Salvation Army, up to $100,000, for every customer who uses Foursquare to check-in to a jcpenney store between 4 a.m. and 1 p.m.

If you’re not a Foursquare user, there’s no time like the present to start. Just search for the Foursquare application from the app store on your smartphone. Then, click open the app on your phone when you’re in the jcpenney store on Friday, November 25 between the hours of 4:00 am and 1:00 pm.

Thank you jcpenney and all the shoppers who are helping us create Christmas memories for people in need!
