Christine’s back with a fashion-forward look from her local Family Store

Submitted by on March 30, 2012 – One Comment

We’re back with the tenth post in our series of fashionable looks and shopping tips from our in-house Salvation Army style guru, Christine Burton.

One of Christine’s best bits of advice – click here to read them all – served her well on a recent trip to her local Salvation Army Family Store.

Here’s what she does: after a quick look at the shoes, she shops the skirt section next to look for something great to build an outfit on.

She looks for pieces with interesting details so when she found the black skirt pictured at the right, she knew she’d hit the jackpot.

It has a fashion-forward border printed with the words “Paris 2000″ and it fits perfectly. She bought it for $3.99 and then paired it with a sleeveless wrap-around top in her closet for a great looking ensemble.

AND what would be a good way for them to help?. . (my english teacher is actually sending these letters, and we HAVE to be nice in them ).
