Today’s testimony is from the Rodriguez family who struggled with serious issues of anger and violence. Daughter Lluvia tells their story with some help from her parents.
Healing for the whole family – even for the perpetrator of the violence – began when mom Angelica was invited to church and began attending a Salvation Army women’s meeting called Home League. Once there, Angelica says, “I learned about Jesus and that’s what helped my family. Especially me.”
Home League is a traditional Salvation Army fellowship program offered through our worship centers where women can build social connection and spiritual growth and have an outlet for community service.
