Innovative Salvation Army ads target people in need

Unless you live in Seattle, you probably haven’t seen The Salvation Army latest advertising campaign. Instead of billboards, bus bench signs and mall kiosks asking you to financially support people struggling with hunger, addiction or homelessness, the ads are targeted specifically to people in crisis.

We’re using @CommuniGift to kick off Back to School in SoCal!

Share that memory by assisting an in-need child get ready for the upcoming school year. The high cost of back-to-school supplies, apparel and shoes is something that many struggling, low-income families living in Southern California simply cannot afford.

By making a back-to-school donation today you can give a deserving child the tools and confidence they need to succeed in the classroom.

We’re working with an online company called CommuniGift that matches donors with families in need nationwide through direct product purchases. This year, we’ve selected three locations in the Southern California area where you can direct your gift.
